'The host was very welcoming and helpful, but the apartament was quite dirty and we had to request the cleaning crew to come back. Towels had stains, there was hair on the bathroom floor, the microwave was greasy and dirty inside, etc.'

'The beds are comfortable. The place gets really hot even when adjusting the temp. The a/c unit in one room did not work & it was the hottest room (the one right beside the kitchen). Some of the bath towels had stains. The restroom was not clean when we arrived. Gets pricey having to take the NJ transit to NYC. There is a door with a sign to keep closed, when you enter. Well one day we noticed that the door was open. I messaged the host & his reponse was it’s an entry to basement and not to worry...
