'A very nice stay with a private pool , friendly staff and calm and comfortable vibe. The highlight was the breakfast, delivered to your private pool, tasted good and enhanced the tropical vibes. It would be a 5 star except a few minor nitpicks. First one being the bedsheets, they had a strange pale orange/red hue to them that really put us off. Secondly, the luggage was mishandled as there was not a conventional luggage room and someone put a random baby's singlet in my partners suitcase....

'Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower.
