« In general, it was fine. However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken. The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either. If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit. Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast. Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient. »

« checkin was supposed to be 2pm, but it was 2 hours late due to room was not clean. there was no water for 10 hours, not even to flush the toilets. These apartments owners/staff, treat tourists very badly. They will make very hard to get the door key to the apartment, and keep you wait out side standing for hours without any reason. skip this apartment if you want to enjoy your trip. »

« I booked business apartment, they gave me 10 year old run down apartment with broken toilet and air conditioner, sagging dirty sofa, plus they got rid of us next day because they overbooked, they literally kicked us out myself, wife and two young kids, communication with them was terrible.bad bad experience. »
