Our apartment is 75 square meters. The apartment features a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry area and a balcony.

- Two bathrooms with hot water, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, and hairdryer.

- Kitchen has refrigerator, stove, kettle, rice cooker, cutlery, silverware, pots and pans.

Other things to note: As requirement from local police, please share with us your PASSPORT photos of all guests. We need to register it during your stay.

On the 7th and 8th floors of West tower, all the amenities in the building are concentrated as well as on the ground floor of the East tower.
There is a very spacious and modern gym here with a full range of modern workout equipment like a professional fitness center.
If you come with children, we have a play area for children that is also very safe, spacious, beautifully designed and has many interesting toys.
Other things to note
1/ The key card are required to get to the main gate, your floor , pool & gym. We will provide card for this apartment.

2/ Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring strangers home.

3/ CHECK-IN Time: The official check-in time is after 2PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed, depending on the apartment's availability and must be informed upon your arrival.

4/ CHECK-OUT Time: The official check-out time is 11AM. Late check-out is not guaranteed, depending on the apartment's availability and must be informed in advance.

5/ When you check out, please leave back the Resident Cards in the mailbox, turn off all electricity and close the door. Luggage keeping is not guaranteed and needs advance notice.

6/ All guests' passports will be required before check-in.

7/ The receptionists and the security guards are the building's staff, not ours. They don't keep elevator cards or luggage. Therefore, If you have any questions, please message us before asking the receptionist.
