We reserved a two bedroom apartment at this property through Expedia. The day of arrival, I got a WhatsApp message from the property indicating that the property would not take a short term rental and they pushed us over to a different property a few kilometers away. Since we were arriving after a late night flight, we did not get into the unit until close to 1 AM. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was timely. However, the apartment at the different property was nowhere near the luxury unit we had reserved at landmark 81. Within a half an hour of arrival, I contacted Expedia to let them know we were canceling the rest of the reservation and only stayed that one night because it was after 1 AM and we needed sleep. The Wi-Fi in the apartment didn’t work, the cleanliness was just average at best, and the location was not ideal. This was a very poor experience.
