St Andrews Common villa in Palmetto Dunes. Located exactly in the middle of the 16 mile long Hilton Head Island. Perfect access to everything. Private views on the 15th hole of the Fazio Golf Course. Wrap around deck with sunrise and daytime horizons. Several of our repeat guests have taken to calling it the "Tree House"; with it's views through the live oaks to the course. Make sure you view the walk-thru video in the Photo section above. It is the third "photo".
Dramatic vaulted ceiling with a master bedroom (King), a guest bedroom (twins) and a full sized loft sleeping two. RENOVATED KITCHEN, generous windows providing great light. Screened in breakfast area, WiFi, Hi Def TV, washer dryer. This is one of only a few oversized St. Andrews units. 1542 Sq. Feet with 3 separate and complete sleeping areas. Second floor, very quiet.
Community pool 75 yards away, biking trails, tennis and pickleball, 3/4 mile to the ocean. Beach shuttle available in season. An ideal family vacation spot and PET Friendly.
Palmetto Dunes features a world class tennis and pickleball center; and it's only a 10 minute walk away. If you are a golfer, it has it all. Three beautiful course within the Plantation: Arthur Hills, George Fazio and Robert Trent Jones, truly one of the Island's premier tracks.
Like to dine out? The immediate area features several fine restaurants within walking distance and the Island is a hot bed of ever changing options.

We always love our stay every single year. It is very comfortable, has lots of space to spend time together, has a wonderful kitchen, very comfortable beds and a gorgeous view of the golf course. (The loft area is also a perfect space away from the main thoroughfare.) Mr. Gallup has always been very communicative and gracious.We know that it will be a vacation when we stay!

Beautiful condo and resort

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful condo. The home was clean, plenty of towels and clean linens. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all you needed to make meals. Water pressure for showers was good! We would not hesitate to return!

Property was amazing. Mike was easy to reach and very responsive. About a mile walk to the beach and 10 minute drive to many golf courses. We cook a lot on vacation and the kitchen was fully furnished which hasn’t always been our experience. The villa overlooks the 15th fairway on the Fazio course which provided great views when we were relaxing on the deck. Highly recommend.

Hilton Head Perfect

We wanted a comfortable place to call home for two months that was close to beaches, shopping, activities. This was perfect. Great area with friendly neighbors, near Palmetto Dunes pickleball, lovely view of the golf course. The condo had everything we needed and enough space for the two of us. We felt that we were enjoying a home - not a beach rental unit! Mike, the owner, could not have been more helpful or friendly.

Good Stay

While the property owner was easy to contact, he informed us the night before our arrival that the washing machine was broken and would be for the week of our stay. Nothing was offered to us as compensation and we were directed to either shop at Belk or seek out a laundromat. We requested extra towels for the week and after a few additional reminders, they were delivered. Issues happen and things break, it's how they are dealt with and this should have been handled better.Upon arrival we came to find out that we had to incur another cost for an additional vehicle--we had 2 cars to park for the week. Not a huge deal, but an annoyance on arrival and something we have never run into renting inside Palmetto Dunes - be aware of this in the fine print of the final contract. The property is good. However, the beds are uncomfortable and the furniture could use updating. The renovated kitchen has limited pots/pans/utensils/mixer for cooking. The TV is set up nicely, with login information and plenty of sites for you to use, however, the TV is small for a family to enjoy a movie or a game. The WiFi was spotty, there were several days it did not connect but the owner did try to correct the issue by calling the provider.The place has wonderful views and it is very peaceful. I recommend the stay if you have small children but it is not a place for more than 2 adults to fit in comfortably, without extra costs and inconveniences.

Our Favorite Vacation Spot!

We absolutely love this villa! We decided to rent the same one two years in a row! It’s seriously the most beautiful place I’ve ever rented and the location is central to everything! We love the pool for St. Andrew’s Commons and we had an absolute blast this past week! It was hard to fly back home to Buffalo, NY!

I loved your condo. It was perfect in every way, from the wonderful stocked kitchen to the beautiful porch. Family fun on Hilton Head Island

Our family had a great time this past week in Palmetto Dunes. What a beautiful place with so much to do - golf, biking, kayaking, swimming. Not to mention to relaxing together under the beautiful oak trees with Spanish moss. It doesn’t get any better!
