Upon entering the unit, you will find the open living space. A dining room table with seating for four and additional bench seating for 2 or 3 more making it perfect to host your next family meal. Just beyond the dining area, you will find the comfy living room. Equipped with a pull out queen sofa, an additional sofa, a mounted flat screen TV, and Mink Aire ceiling fan. A glass sliding door leads you to the patio overlooking the lush Hilton Head nature and landscapes.

The galley kitchen is updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials, Keurig coffee maker available, and also offers a full-size washer and dryer closet.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and private bath with a tiled walk-in shower. The hallway leads to another full bath with tiled tub shower combination and the guest bedroom which has a full over twin bunk bed and flat screen TV and additional ceiling fan, perfect for the kids of the family or just the young at heart.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
