The space

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa sits on the ground floor of the Lighthouse Tennis Villas community within Sea Pines Resort. The open floor plan connects the living and dining areas in a way that feels both spacious and easy, with natural light pouring through sliding glass doors that lead out to your covered patio. The patio looks directly onto the community pool - a welcome backdrop whether you're starting the morning with coffee or winding down in the evening.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Each bedroom is set up as a private king suite with its own en-suite bathroom, offering a comfortable and self-contained space for couples or guests who appreciate a little extra privacy. The living room also features a sofa bed, making the villa a solid fit for up to 6 guests total.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook at home when the mood strikes - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table rounds out the space for shared meals in.

 

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are well-appointed and include a bathtub, hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products, with towels and essentials provided.

 

Staying connected & comfortable

The villa is outfitted with WiFi, a TV, air conditioning, heating, a dedicated workspace, keyless smart lock entry, washer, dryer, iron, hangers, and bed linens. Home safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher.

 

The community & outdoor space

Lighthouse Tennis Villas residents and guests have access to tennis and pickleball courts within the community, as well as the pool just outside your patio. The private entrance keeps things convenient, and resort access means the broader amenities of Sea Pines are within reach.

 

Getting around

Sea Pines is one of Hilton Head Island's most walkable and bikeable destinations. Moss-draped oak paths connect the villa to Harbour Town, the Shops at Sea Pines Center, and the Sea Pines Beach Club. When you'd rather not walk, the seasonal beach trolley links you to the resort's main attractions.

 

Please note

Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.



Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $250 non-refundable fee per dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
