There are two communal points in the home, a family room and a great room. The great room provides a large amount of seating and is great for family game night and conversation. The family room is the main TV viewing area while also providing ample seating.

Behind the home is a large screened-in Carolina room with plenty of seating options for a comfortable coffee and chat. The location is perfect, being a one or two minute walk to the Dunes House Oceanfront bar and grill! Beach access is just as close!

The pool can be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee.
