* A queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests

The open living area is perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, while the fully equipped kitchen complete with stove, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and dining for six makes meals easy and enjoyable.

Step out onto your private balcony overlooking a tranquil lagoon, the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. A washer and dryer in-unit adds extra convenience for longer stays.

Guests enjoy access to outstanding resort amenities, including:

Other things to note:
• Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Your security deposit will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room.
• Waterside is professionally managed and operated by Spinnaker Resorts. The Front Desk is staffed for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance.
• Check In time is 4:00pm (or after) and check out time is 10:00am. Please check with the resort Front Desk for any possibility of earlier unit availability and / or early use of the resort amenities during check-in days.
• Please note that once you Check In and get access to your unit, if you encounter any issues or concerns regarding Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.…please contact the Front Desk / Office IMMEDIATELY. The staff members on-site provide the best opportunity to get any concerns resolved in the fastest and most efficient manner.
• Two FREE parking passes are included with this unit. If you need a parking pass for an additional vehicle you can arrange this directly with the Front Desk for an additional fee.
• Bedding linens, blankets, pillows are provided, as are bath towels. If you need additional items or want fresh bedding linens or towels during your stay, please contact the Front Desk.
• There is no daily housekeeping provided. However, there is a Washer / Dryer conveniently located inside your unit for your personal use. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay, it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the resort Front Desk.
• Utensils, Dishes, and some basic Pots and Pans are provided.
• Pool towels are provided for free, and they can be exchanged for fresh ones on an unlimited basis.
• If you don’t bring your own Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Equipment, etc., you can rent the equipment on HHI.
• Usage of the Fitness Center / Indoor Pool at SR Hotel available (a different location). Only $20 additional per unit for the entire week. This $20 fee is payable directly to Spinnaker Resorts at Check In. Fitness Center / Indoor Pool facilities open at 6am from Mon to Fri and includes showers / changing room.
• You will see wildlife native to South Carolina, including occasional glimpses of alligators that may be lounging in the lagoon areas. So please DO NOT attempt to swim in the lagoons.
