As you enter this villa you are greeted by the open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Areas.
The Kitchen has been updated with tiled countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. The Dining Area has seating for six. The Living Room features a sleeper sofa, HDTV and slider access to your private sun tanning deck with its fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The Primary Bedroom has a King-sized bed with all new comforters and linens, new HDTV and fresh paint. The en-suite Primary Bathroom has been wonderfully updated. The sunken tub has been removed to allow for a very large tiled walk-in shower. All vanities, flooring and paint have been updated as well. The Guest Bedroom on the other side of the unit features one Twin and one Full-size bed. The en-suite Guest Bathroom has been completely updated as well, with it's newly tiled tub and shower combination, vanity and flooring.
Barrington Court is the only complex in Palmetto Dunes which features a Pool and Spa which are heated YEAR-ROUND. You'll be down the elevator and out to the beach in just a few minutes. Arthur Hills Golf Course is a 1 minute drive across the street. Be some of the first guests to enjoy these wonderful additions to an already gorgeous property!

What to expect during your stay:
Work Zones: This project has three waves. Each wave will take approximately 4-6 weeks. Scaffolding will be present for the duration.
Noise: Noise from construction equipment/materials may be experienced during the day; the project team is working to minimize any inconvenience.
Parking: Spaces may be limited due to equipment.
