Free Bikes, Parking & WiFi, Perfect couple's getaway villa with ocean view

Our charming oceanside villa is located on South Forest Beach Drive, the center of where it's at on Hilton Head Island. Sea Side villas are on the beach just about a 5 minute walk from Coligny Plaza and all the shopping, fun, and restaurants a plenty! We have our own beach access walkway and a sun deck just for the Sea Side guests to enjoy. A pool is onsite to cool down in after a long day in the salt water or hitting golf balls on one of the nation's best courses. Among the other amenities, there is covered parking, elevators, and a charcoal grilling area. Best of all, this is a family friendly, gated condominium community with secure access.
Our ocean villa is ideal for a couple's vacation, but if you want to bring the kids, there are bunks in the hallway area. A neat little hideaway for them that they will truly enjoy.
Free, super fast WiFi internet access through Charter Spectrum. Roku TV with streaming apps in the living room and a TV with Roku in the bedroom. (Bring your own passwords)

While you are guests at our condo, our bicycles are available for you to use for free. All we need is for you to read the bike rules and let us know that you've read them, then we will send you the lock code.

Here are the bike rules:

• It will be your responsibility to check the bikes for safety issues – brakes, steering, pedals, tires, etc.

• DO NOT ride a bicycle if there is a safety issue. Report it to us immediately!

• Safety helmets are not provided. If you feel unsafe riding without a helmet, do not ride the bikes

• If a bike has a flat tire or other issue, please let us know and we will arrange for repair

• You may ride the bikes on the beach if you want, but you must rinse off the salt water and sand prior to parking them. There are beachside showers that can be used for rinsing them

• If there is excessive sand on the bike when you arrive, please let us know. It's ok to snitch. In this case, snitches don't get stitches ;-)

• When riding the roadside bike trails, you must stay on the bike trails. Never ride in the street

• When bikes are parked, you must lock the bikes with the provided bike locks.

• When parked at the condo, please lock the bike frame to the rack

• Return the bikes to the space on the rack where you found them

We will not be held responsible for property damage caused by you while you are using our bicycles. Ride at your own risk and ride safely.

The bicycles are locked to the bike rack at the bottom of the stairs. They are black beach cruisers and can be identified by my logo sticker, “843ByTheSea”, and my phone number. There are 4 of them, all 4 adult size (26 inch). If you need kid size bikes, there are rental shops nearby. One shop is directly across the street.
