6/10 Satisfaisant

Great view from living room.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I and our 2 adult daughters spent 5 nights in the villa. The view is wonderful and the deer come out about 4pm to graze on the lawn below us. The renting process was very easy. Our only complaint would be that we were constantly finding little bugs on the floor that sort of looked like ladybugs. They did not bite so we put up with them. Most places we stay our a little more guest friendly like having a few coffee filters available for your first morning there. Also, there was no makeup mirror in the bathroom so you couldn't see your hair in the back to see if it looked ok. The balcony had not been swept. Because of the little things we would not return to this villa.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at the Hampton Place multiple times and this was one of the more modern condos. Also, its exact location on the first floor was nice. It is always quiet and not crowded at the pool and beach. Our only complaint was the quality of the master bed mattress and pillows.
