Dynamite comes in small packages

This property is not about being large, it is about being a wonderful and affordable place where you can be close to family and to the beach! We were able to enjoy our meals both inside and outside on the nice patio area. The only thing I would like to see is the outdoor grill and the beach umbrellas replaced. Both were broken. I was able to work around both and it didn't stop us from having a truly fantastic and memorable time!

Pros and Cons

We rented for two weeks. The Pros: 1) Wonderful fenced yard with privacy fence. Great for dogs! Pooper scooper & trash can in the yard were appreciated. 2) Close to the beach and bike trails. 3) Kitchen well stocked. Cons: 1) Tiny bathrooms, no counter space. Can't even set down the hair dryer or toiletries. Can't imagine staying here with 8 people. 2) Very small supply of basic amenities-. one extra kitchen garbage bag, 3 total dishwasher pods, 3 extra rolls of TP and two tiny shampoos for a two-week rental in a house that's supposed to be for 8 people. When I asked for additional, I was told to buy my own. I've never rented a VRBO that required me to bring my own trash bags and dishwashing supplies. I pushed back and they brought more, which we appreciated. 3) Outdoor furniture was nice to have but needs a good cleaning. 4) Road is pretty busy, no sidewalks, so you stand in someone's yard / driveway when cars pass while walking to the beach. 5) On our first full day, there was an inebriated person/domestic disturbance at the house next door. We had to call 911 and the person was taken away in handcuffs. Probably not the norm, but it happened. We wouldn't stay at this one again.

Perfect dog friendly VRBO

We had a great week — short walk to beach, fenced in yard for pets, clean and very well equipped house, comfortable beds and linens. We will definitely stay here when back on HHI

Cute Little Cottage!

We enjoyed our stay at 29 Bradley Beach! House was very clean. Convenient location. Close to movies, grocery stores and restaurants. We drove to the beach and walked the path. A bit long, but my 72 year old mother didn’t have any difficulty. Very nice that a mat is provided to get over the dunes. House was plenty of room for us 4, but may be tight for larger parties. Downstairs bonus area is “open air” and we were there during the hottest part of the summer, so unfortunately couldn’t use that space. Only complaint is the air conditioner is a bit loud in the main area when running. Has a nice size, fenced in yard that would be convenient if you have pets. Overall, a great little beach house!

Great stay!!

The house was super clean and well stocked. We loved the location as the beach was literally an 8 min walk and grocery stores were within 10 mins. The host was very thoughtful about guest stay. We would definitely come back.

Biegs Family gathering

Everthing went well, other than the access when we arrived. We met our 4:00pm obligation, but was not able to access property until 6:00pm. Ended up calling the golf cart store to help us reach owner. We had to modify our night plans.

Pretty good stay

The place is in a great location and they provide a lot of helpful things such as beach carts, chairs, coolers, games. The house itself is very small for more than about 4 or 5. The main room shares a very small bathroom with the kids room next door. Also the air conditioner is super loud and rooms remain quite warm. Overall a good place and we had a nice time. The game room area is actually “outdoors” and is hot! Would not return to this one tho.

Great Location with Privacy fenced back yard.

Overall Clean - Great location - made walking to the beach easy and very accessible. Cabinets were labeled with all necessary items. Had beach chairs, wagons and shade covers. We did have to clean up after past dog clientele and sweep out spiders and their webs in the enclosed garage. Overall it was great for both the infant and the large dog for space to move about and play.

Hilton Head Vacation

House was wonderful l, location convenient and the host was very accommodating! We asked to extend and there was no issue and everything was seamless. Will look forward to staying here again next time we come to Hilton Head!

Great location and house.

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We had a great stay. Loved the location of the house. It would be fantastic if there were bikes available to use, however we rented bikes with the discount code they gave us. Kitchen was very well stalked, beds were comfy. We did have a problem with the shower downstairs but they sent someone out immediately to fix the problem. Would recommend this house for sure.

Great Vacation Home Close to Beach

This house is just a few minutes walk to the beach and is in great condition. The house has everything you need including a well stocked kitchen with all the items you need. It also has a nice fenced in backyard with fire pit and a comfortable deck/patio. The property manager was also responsive. It is perfect for a couple or possibly two couples, or a smaller family. It would be cramped for larger groups.

Great Location and Comfortable Home Away from Home

The location was convenient to get to one of the many beaches, parks, restaurants, shopping, walking/biking paths, and attractions in minutes. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything a cook could need. Beds and furniture were comfortable. We enjoyed the table tennis and fire pit. It was nice having the extra refrigerator in lower level. We had two minor problems during our stay. The property manager responded to both immediately. One problem was when the Spectrum Internet service went out. We needed Internet to do some work that day. They went above and beyond by bringing us a TMobile Hot spot to use while Spectrum was fixing their problem. The neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Overall, it met our expectations. It was clean, well equipped and very well organized with labelling of all light switches and cupboards. We had cold weather just before Christmas and the downstairs bedroom was very cold. Heating it up meant that upstairs became uncomfortably warm. Our very responsive hosts provided a space heater for the bedroom which solved the problem. A couple of rugs on the cold tile floor would also help. It was frustrating to find that the short walk to the beach was closed due to construction, necessitating a much longer roundabout walk, or driving. The park is due to reopen in March 2024.
