    2313 Villamare is een 3e verdieping, 2 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers, NIET-ROKERS, Oceanside-eenheid, die uitzicht heeft door de prachtig aangelegde, lagune gerichte binnenplaats, uit naar de oceaan. Het biedt totale privacy voor vakantie koppels, of ouders die wat tijd nodig hebben, terwijl hun kinderen genieten van hun eigen suite. Deze suite bestaat uit 1 queen bed en 1 full-size bed, 42 "flatscreen HDTV, Blu-ray DVD, CD / AM-FM / muziek-systeem, telefoon, complete badkamer en een eigen balkon.

    De grote slaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed, een flatscreen-hdtv, een blu-ray dvd-speler met wifi, een eigen badkamer met een grote inloopdouche, een kleedruimte, een ligbad, een telefoon en toegang tot een balkon. De comfortabele woonkamer heeft een sofa en een loveseat, een 55-inch LED HDTV Blu-Ray dvd-speler, beide met wifi-mogelijkheid en toegang tot het balkon. De aangrenzende eethoek en een volledig uitgeruste keuken is voorzien van fornuis, koelkast, magnetron, vaatwasser, verwijdering, strijkplank, strijkijzer, telefoon met antwoordapparaat en alle keukengerei. Het apparaat bevat een full-size wasmachine en droger, beddengoed en handdoeken.

Our family of four had a very nice vacation at this condo. Ralph communicated with us every step of the way. The condo was very clean/exactly as advertised. Nice lagoon view and condo had everything we needed for a week long vacation. We would be happy to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! The property was very clean. It was a few minutes walk to the the ocean and the pool. The beach was beautiful and the pool was large and very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this property.

Awesome unit-could not have asked for more!

From the minute we walked in, we felt at home-beds were so comfortable, decor was really beach’s and the kitchen was well stocked! Plenty of hot water and great coffee maker and washer and dryer!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. The owner Ralph is very thoughtful and communicative, 5/5 cleanliness, and the upgrades at Villamare are beautiful. 10/10 trip and will be back!

Great Rental On The Beach

My family spent a week in Hilton Head for the first time. The rental was perfect and fully furnished with everything we needed. There was a large pool and hot tub and a nice walkway onto the beach. There was underground parking for our car and rented bicycles and the elevator made checking in and out much easier. Great place and very helpful owner.

Family vacation

Ralph is wonderful to work with. He is a fantastic property owner. Property is as described. Wish they had not been doing work outside to the health center, we would hear the beeps of the work vehicle early.

Amazing Rental

5 stars! This was the perfect beach vacation — exactly as described and more. We rented this condo for our family of four. The complex was great as two other families rented condos in the same building for a great group stay! The pool and beach amenities were perfect. The grocery store is right across the street from the neighborhood. We played pickle every day and had the kids in tennis clinics every morning. Super fun way to start the day. And a little breakfast ice cream at General Store makes the day complete!

This was our second time to stay at the Villamare complex and our first time renting from Ralph which was great. Never again will I rent through a rental agency. A great getaway on HHI

Ralph was extremely helpful, proactive and thorough in his communications. He was detail-oriented in making sure that his condo/the property would meet our needs during the booking process, was knowledgeable about the surrounding area, and was extremely easy to work with (had more communication with him than any other owner I have ever rented from in the past). The grounds at Villamare were beautiful and the condo was clean and fit our needs well. We believe that it was a great location on the island and enjoyed our stay. The outside pool area was great and had plenty of lounge chairs available. We even took advantage of the indoor pool on a rainy day, which was a nice option you don't always have at other properties. The arrival and departure process was easy also. I would not hesitate to rent from Ralph again in the future.

Excellent place to stay!!

The host: In 30 years of staying on HHI, I have never had a host make this much effort in being sure you enjoyed your stay. Ralph touched base before, during and after our stay to follow up and be sure everything was going well. The condo: Spotless and well appointed. This quiet unit in Villamare is located centrally on the island and is convenient to the beach, dining and shopping. Underground parking, elevators and a beautiful courtyard leads up to the two pools and beach access. Our vacation was ending right before Hurricane Helene was about to make landfall and Ralph offered for us to stay an extra night on him to be sure our drive home was safe. You cannot go wrong with booking this condo for an great vacation stay. Thank you Ralph! We will be back again soon!

Great place to stay!

The location is perfect! We love Palmetto Dunes! The property is wonderful It is clean, roomy and fully stocked! The pool and beach were great! Couldn’t ask for a better vacation. Ralph was very attentive prior to and during our trip and made sure we knew he was available for anything we needed during our stay.

Beautiful & perfect location

We have been to HHI several times and this was our first stay in Villamare. The property is well-maintained and convenient. The unit itself was beautiful! We walked in to the smell of clean. The property owner was an excellent communicator and takes great pride in his unit. This was apparent through our communications and the pristine condition of our condo. We have stayed at various properties on the island and the entire family declared that this was the best one. We will be back! Highly recommend!
