Notre condo de luxe est situé dans le magnifique complexe Oceanfront Villamare. Ce condo est idéalement situé à proximité de la piscine, de la plage et de la salle de fitness et regorge de tout le confort de la maison! Nous avons de nombreux invités heureux qui reviennent chaque année!

Caractéristiques: Deux chambres, plus un matelas pneumatique queen disponible pour utilisation. Portes françaises à maßtriser avec un lit king-size. Vanité dans la chambre principale. DeuxiÚme chambre avec deux lits queen-size.

Deux salles de bain complÚtes avec trÚs grande baignoire. SÚche-cheveux attachés dans les deux salles de bains. Fer et planche à repasser. Trois téléviseurs. Balcons avec vues. La table de salle à manger complÚte peut accueillir six personnes. Cuisine complÚte. Kuerig, laveuse et sécheuse. Pack-n-play disponible. Arrangements pour chaise haute sur demande. Tous les draps et serviettes fournis.

Notre condo est mis à jour, spacieux et décoré avec goût. Il est clair et aéré avec le soleil de Caroline du Sud culminant à travers la baie vitrée. Il accueille parfaitement les couples, les amis voyageant ensemble et / ou les familles. Nous avons un verrou d'entrée sans clé, vous n'aurez donc pas à vous soucier de "qui a la clé?!" et nous avons Internet sans fil.

Nous aimons la commodité de pouvoir aller et venir rapidement depuis la plage! Pourquoi louer prÚs de la plage alors que vous pouvez séjourner dans un complexe sur la plage?!

Nous ne possĂ©dons cet appareil que pour qu'il reçoive toute notre attention. Nous sommes particuliĂšrement soucieux de la propretĂ© et employons une entreprise de nettoyage rĂ©putĂ©e pour assurer votre entiĂšre satisfaction. Un nettoyage de printemps complet est terminĂ© et nous sommes prĂȘts pour notre saison de location!

Vous serez également impressionné par le complexe Villamare! Les jardins de Villamare sont magnifiques, ils sont luxuriants, aménagés avec des plantes tropicales, notamment des étangs et des fontaines. Il dispose d'une salle d'exercice avec une piscine intérieure chauffée (et jacuzzi) en plus de la piscine extérieure en bord de mer (et jacuzzi). En outre, les nouvelles fonctionnalités incluent un équipement d'exercice dans le club de santé et une piscine pour enfants pour les petits!

Il s'agit strictement d'une unité non-fumeurs. Bien que nous aimions également notre membre de la famille à quatre pattes, aucun animal de compagnie de tout type n'est autorisé en considération de nos clients souffrant d'allergies sensibles.

Spring Break

We had another amazing stay at our favorite condo in Villamare. Tammy is wonderful to work with. Zero issues, gorgeous new pools and hot tubs. Perfect floor plan condo for parents and teens. Kitchen has all you need. Quiet balconies to read and relax on. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our stay was perfect. We have stayed at VM many times, & have always enjoyed our time. Our only concern/suggestion about the complex( not our unit) is that there is no recycling. Visitors used to be be able to use the H H Island facility, but now you have to be a resident. Even with only 2 of us, the amount of trash we put down the chute was upsetting. can't rate the property mngr, as we had no communication with him/her.

Fabulous Hilton Head Beach Property

Great location. This home was super clean, large bedrooms and balconies, easy access to get in. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and very nice towels to boot. The grounds were amazingly beautiful. Two great pools and two hot tubs, bbq's with table near by and most importantly to us an easy walk to the beach. Literally like 3 to 4 minutes. There is so much to do here. Bike riding, swimming in the ocean or pool, golf, kayaking, shopping, nature walks and great restaurants. We had a great stay and will definitely be back. Thank you Tammy for such a great place to spend out vacation.

Short Time But Great Trip

While this condo is not beach front nor does it have a beach view it is only steps away from the beach. I was grateful that we were that close to the beach and the pool. The kids loved the beach and the pool. The bedrooms are spacious and each has a balcony. There were 6 of us and the living space was sufficient. We did not have any problems during our stay and if the opportunity arises we would stay in this condo again.

Awesome spot and community

This condo is in an awesome spot centrally located in HHI that creates easy access to activities, sites, and restaurants across the island. The write-up online provides a accurate description of the grounds and unit details ability to handle up to eight people comfortable. The unit is well furnished, kitchen is fully stocked, and located towards the beach side of the complex that allows for easy access to the beach, pools, and hot tubs. The recent addition of another beach front pool and hot tub for adults was a great upgrade. It is also located in a gated community within walking distance to bike rentals and the General Store. My wife and I stayed for five nights while another couple joined us for a few. We enjoyed the RBC tournament, beach, pools, and had no problems preparing most of our meals in the unit so we could enjoy all that the complex has to offer. Tammy was very responsive to all questions about the condo and community in addition to providing recommendations for other needs/activities in the area. I would recommend this unit and would love to plan a return visit and some point in the future. It's a Great Location and a Great Find!....Keith

Hilton Head getaway

This is a wonderful property, great location to everything we like to do. Beach is an easy walk, nice pool, pickleball down the street as well as golf. The condo has everything we needed, it was very comfortable. If you want the coffee maker it is under the kitchen sink,, so you can swap it out with the Keurig. We will rent again, the owners are very communicative and want to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much.

Nice unit in Wonderful location

Clean spacious unit in a great location. Only issue we had was an inaccurate description in the listing stating there is a sleeper sofa, which we fully intended to use. After contacting the owner, we were told it was due to a mistake from VRBO and they would update the listing - as of today it is still showing on the listing. There was a queen blowup, as listed, but the only place to put this is in the king bedroom, by moving the bed and cramming the blow up between the tub and bed
.made getting in and out of those two “beds” quite a challenge each night. Other than that, we did enjoy the unit and stay at this complex.

Week at HHI

Our family was very satisfied with Tammy and Jeff’s condo in Villamare at Hilton Head. Their place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Tammy responded immediately when we had an issue with the air conditioning. The lower level location of the unit we found to be convenient to access everything around the property and to our vehicles parked in a garage a short distance away. We would recommend this unit to anyone visiting HHI.

Wonderful condo!

This condo was perfect for our first visit to Hilton Head. Very easy access to condo from the parking lot. The short path to the beach was perfect and a great way to end the day. Hope to book again next year!

Condo Review

We wanted to thank you for renting your unit to our family. It was beautiful and spotless upon our arrival. Our two sons (ages 22 and 18) shared one bedroom and our daughter (age 16) used the blow-up mattress. The mattress is very high quality and was easy to blow up every evening and store during the day. She was very comfortable. We enjoyed the large master suite. The amenities you have in the condo were wonderful. The view from the condo was a pleasant surprise - it was nice to have breakfast on the balcony and look out over the ocean. We would highly recommend your condo and we would rent your unit again. We especially wanted to thank you for your restaurant recommendations - the food was delicious. Our favorites were Bullies BBQ (we ordered out twice after a long day at the beach) and Hudson's Seafood. This was our first time at Hilton Head Island and we all enjoyed the visit. Thank you very much for your hospitality

Great property steps from the beach!

This is a modern, well maintained villa in a nice development with ideal beach access. We brought the whole family and there was something for everyone—-beach, pool, bike trails, or just chilling in the spacious villa. We have stayed at Villamare for several years and certainly would stay in this unit again.

Family vacation 2022

This was our second year vacationing at Villamare and we love the complex. The grounds are well maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. It is a very short walk to the pool and beach. The condo was decorated in a beach vibe and was very welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, from pots and pans to utensils, and casserole dishes. The only reason I did not give this review 5 stars is because the description of the condo listing online was not accurate. We had 5 adults and 2 children vacationing with us and when I booked the room I wanted to make sure everyone had a bed to sleep in. The condo listed one king bed, 2 queen beds and a queen sized sleeper sofa, but the sofa was not a sleeper sofa. When I contacted Tammy, the owner, she was quick to respond and confirmed that there was no sleeper sofa. Tammy explained that they had opted to remove the sleeper sofa and replace it with a more comfortable couch, and that they had a queen sized inflatable mattress instead. Although the condo was perfect in every way, other than having a sleeper sofa, I would not have rented the condo knowing that 1 of our adult family members would have to either sleep on the couch or on and inflatable mattress on the floor.

Love HHI

We enjoyed another great time visiting HHI. Beautiful weather and this was our very first time staying at Villamare. Great experience, easy booking the trip; easy access to the villa as well as very clean and well equipped. This villa is steps away from the pool and beach. Plus, you have easy access to Tammy with any questions you may have about the property.

Accidental communication error at our start of our stay locked us out of condo. After 3 hours trying to get in touch with owner she finally contacted me and rectified the issue and compensated us for her error and our stay was Great!!

highly recommend this condo!

This condo worked out perfectly for my vacation with my husband and two kids. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, cozy, and had everything we wanted and needed. We loved the beachy decor, and we so appreciated being able to use the beach chairs rather than having to find space in our car to bring them from home. Villamare is such an excellent place to stay-- it really has it all. The location in Palmetto Dunes is great-- easily walkable to the general store and lots of activities, plus beautifully landscaped, and there's such easy access to pool, hot tub and beach. We didn't end up using the indoor pool because the weather was so great, but we appreciated knowing it was there if we wanted it. We strongly recommend this condo for a family vacation!
