De kleuren, stijl, design en inrichting zijn zorgvuldig geïnspireerd door en perfect gekozen om te passen bij de levensstijl van het strand. Ontsnap aan de dagelijkse sleur in het * verwarmde zwembad met afgestudeerde toegang met aangesloten spa of wip een met zeewind gevulde middag weg op de bovenste beschutte veranda in de schommelbank. Een 2e lager gescreend veranda ligt vlak bij de knappe stenen patio en het zwembad met een gunstig gelegen, 1/2 bad aan het zwembad. Het huis verwelkomt je hartelijk met een open en luchtige plattegrond met voldoende ruimte om van elkaars gezelschap te genieten. Hoogtepunten zijn onder meer de goed uitgeruste, adembenemende keuken en een grote eethoek die opent naar de bovenste gescreend veranda met uitzicht op uw buitenoase. Great South Forest Beach Property

Excellent stay for our family's Spring getaway. The house was laid out well for our family, the neighborhood was nice and quiet, and beach access was an easy walk from the house.

Our stay here was great from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels (and beach towels). The photos are accurate. The beach equipment was waiting when we arrived. The company communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Property is in a great location, close to beach (less than five-minute walk with young kids) and shopping etc. Communications with property manager was excellent and kitchen had everything needed for cooking family meals. Pool was great size for our needs with young children (3 to 8 years old) plus adults. Very pleased with our stay.

This house was perfect for our family of seven adults and six children. Check-in and check-out was easy. The house had four bikes and a beach cart, which came in handy. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and grill was nice. The pool was nice. The pool was also mostly shaded, which worked out great for us since almost every day was sunny and 90 degrees. Good location.

Great rental home. Fit our extended family of 11. We had our 2 sons and their families. We had a couple of minor issues which were corrected quickly with one call to the Vacation Co. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Fabulous house for big family. Wonderful communication with rental company. Very helpful when needing assistance. Beautiful house with every need met. Close walk/bike to ocean. Wonderful heated pool and spa, and we were there in November. Definitely would rent again!!

Great location

Beautiful home within walking distance to the beach. Tv's are difficult to use. Pool doesn't get much sun. There are no toys or floats included in this property. You will need to rent or buy beach equipement. The neighborhood is very safe. The bikes included were excellent. Close to all types of dining.

Perfect Family Home in Hilton Head

This home was perfect for a large family stay. Very clean and close to the beach. The pool and spa were both a hit with the family. One issue was getting into the home initially as instructions were not provided but only the door code. If you book this home, please ask for detailed instructions on how and where to enter the home prior to your arrival. Upon check out, it was stated beach towels were to be available but these were not found in the house. Overall a great home and the small issues would not deter from renting again.

Sharpe Family Beech week

We had 6 adults (my wife & me; our son & his wife; our daughter & her husband) so the 3 king suites were very nice, plus our 5 grandchildren (ages 3-7) so the bunk rooms were perfect! The house was VERY clean and well furnished, and made for great vacation time for all! The pool and game area made for lots of fun when weren’t on the beach! Great neighborhood with minimal traffic and no issues getting to the nice beach area! The only thing that would make it better would be to be able to see the beach from the porches, but that isn’t possible with the nice older trees in the area. The shade and the breeze made for wonderful outdoor time even with the SC heat! Great house and great company to work with! Thanks to all!

3B Hickory Lane

Experience was good but there were 5 issues that should be addressed ASAP. 1. Dishwasher is terrible and should be replaced. Lower rack constantly comes off track. 2. Several pool loungers are rusted and need replacing. 3. No scissors 4. Rocking chairs on the front porch would be a great addition 5. Dresser in downstairs master is cheap and larger drawers will not slide when filmed with clothes. Lubricant the slides or replace. I gave up and just put larger drawers on tge floor.

Outstanding location & wonderful vacation home

We had a group of 8, some working remotely & others vacationing. There was a spot in the home for everyone to meet their needs. Plus, the backyard is fabulous, along with the screened in porches. The home was stocked with all the necessities! We were delighted with our stay!!

Modern Family Beach House

Beautifully decorated, spacious, completely up to date. Pool and hot tub were a big bonus for our grandkids. 10 minute walk to the beach-crossing only one safe road. Would stay again.

An incredibly clean, spacious and updated home in the perfect location!

This was my family’s first trip to HHI, and I cannot express how amazing of a time we had and a lot is owed to this beautiful home! Every single room was cleaned perfectly (coming from a clean freak, it exceeded my expectations :)). The house was so well-equipped with bath towels, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, linens, etc. the first floor master was absolutely perfect for my mother in law, and the upstairs could not have been more perfect for my little family (my 4 year old LOVED the bunk room). If you have little ones like I do, the pool is what sold me when I booked it. The two-tiered shallow end was absolutely perfect for my little ones to play. I love pools with shallow ends that are toddler friendly, so this captured my eye when I booked and it did not disappoint. And also a ton of sun which is key for a vacation! Being from Chicago, my kids aren’t great swimmers so I also wanted a house with a pool that wasn’t easily accessible. This house was it. While there are stairs that lead from the house down to the pool, it is very easy to keep the kids from going down and accessing. The location itself is amazing! I loved that it was a little bit away from the hustle and bustle on the north side and more quiet/spread out. It literally felt how a vacation should feel (especially for city people that want to get away from crowds). The beach was super easy to get to as well. Just a small stroll - you do have to cross a street but just grab a beach cart as this will make your stroll so much easier. All in all, I can’t express how amazing this home is and how it just completed our very overdue vacation! Thank you vacation company for all of your help!! You were amazing to work with! We will be back!

Beautifully decorated vacation home

The home is beautifully decorated with lots of space. Large dining table with nice open kitchen. Lots of different areas to hang out and relax in the home. The pool and the hot tub were wonderful. The poll is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We loved having the bikes the house provided. The location was great. The house is close to the bike path and the beach. The rental company was easy to contact and helpful.

Great property! Beautifully decorated. Tons of room, close to Coligny, quiet area, close to the beach. Love the ice machine. Rental company great to work with. Check in/out was easy. Love that we could heat the hot tub to “normal” hot tub temps.

Perfect Getaway!

Our group of three families easily fit in this beautiful home that had every convenience! We loved the pool and hot tub and the two screened in eating areas! Quick walk to the beach and close to the main attractions on the island.
