« I would've given the property a higher rating, but the outside property is not what you're going to see that's listed in the photo.. the river is beautiful but...I sent the property manager many pictures of issues beginning with the lack of deep cleaning, especially for the kitchen ovens .. the one in the main house looked like it not been cleaned for a very long time..Our nanny found a sock with a substance in one of the drawers in the basement, and my daughter found dirty towels, and socks in...

« Our family enjoyed all the rooms & amenities at the house. Everything was beautiful. The pool & kayaking were a hit. Touring the Greenbrier bunker was educational for all of us. I emailed the owner about a couple of things & he responded promptly.

« This trip to snowshoe was a lot of fun. The room was nice and our kids loved it. They have google voice activated lights which were a hit with the kids as well as the bunk beds. I did have to contact Tim (the host) over VRBOs mistake by charging us and he was extremely helpful and understanding. Finally we were able to get the charges from VRBO resolved through our bank. We would 100% go directly through the host and avoid VRBO at all costs. »
