« My husband and I stayed two nights to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. From start to finish, this trip was amazing. The treehouse was tucked back into the woods with plenty of privacy. The pathway lights and the lanterns surrounding the lower deck area was gorgeously inviting. We made our way inside and were absolutely blown away by how beautiful it was! « The cabin itself was okay. Could have been cleaner and if we had stayed more than one night I would have said something. Mold in shower, crumbs under microwave, dusty windowsills. No top sheet on bed. The area surrounding was just dirt and gravel and a couple of ugly outbuildings with junk all around. The cabins themselves looked fine but otherwise was not pretty »

« What a beautiful home and amazing hosts! Every little detail was thought of! We brought clothes, groceries, beach towels and sunscreen. Kayaks and paddleboards available with a short walk to the dock. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood and a large screened porch for coffee and afternoon naps. « Super cute cabin with updated features and it was cozy and recently updated. The bed was particularly comfortable and the efficient layout made it possible for four adults to stay. Parking was easy and checkin and communication with the host was excellent before and after our stay. Would highly reccommend! »

« The Damon Pond Log Cabin was fantastic. There was so much attention to detail, and the house had everything - literally, everything you could imagine! The kitchen was fully stocked, and all the cooking supplies were in tip-top shape. The indoor and outdoor games kept all of us entertained. There was no need to leave the house. « Summer camp cabin is right on the water, perfect for swimming. Be prepared for small mice, the cabin is old and not totally secure from critters. Don’t leave dry goods out, use the tin box on the table. Needed extra blankets from the trunk for cool nights but they were there. The bed was comfortable. Only a drip coffee pot, no Keurig. Great views and sounds of loons! Paths from parking and to the water are a bit steep so need to be careful. Totally worth it. »

« Very quiet area, barely ever heard the neighbors. Comfortable living room, well stocked kitchen-we cooked many meals, very comfortable beds. It was easy to make ourselves at home but not feel on top of each other. Loved that there was a fenced area out the back door for our dog Max, who also enjoyed using someone else’s bed! Entry was easy with the touchpad. My only suggestion would be to list closest grocery stores, gas station, pharmacy, etc. in the house book. Once off of WiFi and traveling,...

« We stayed here for a group family vacation with some friends. The property was beautiful and incredibly clean. Clean enough for two newly mobile infants to crawl around without too much worry! The host was very accommodating and we loved the cabin. It was perfect for a group. The lake is gorgeous! A perfect getaway »

« This property was as described. We enjoyed the outdoor seating on the porch with Baptist Pond just steps away. Appreciated the cooling fans in the living room and bedrooms, which did not get too hot during our summer stay. We didn't use the kayak or paddleboat, but one of us did swim in the pond for exercise. We also enjoyed breakfast and dinners out in nearby New London (good restaurants there!). Overall, a comfortable spot for friends to relax and connect. »

« The house was super convenient to Mount Sunapee and Newport is a really nice town. There were two families staying at the house with kids ranging from 11 years old to 1 year old. Everyone was very comfortable and we all had a lot of fun. I highly recommend staying there. »

"Très agréable séjour! Deux belles surprises en arrivant : il y a deux bornes de recharge EV Connect juste à côté de l'entrée (2 premières heures gratuites, puis 3,50$ l'heure) et on nous a dit que le buffet déjeuner est inclus (buffet à l'américaine, avec 3 options chaudes, toasts, céréales, café et jus d'orange), deux choses qui n'étaient pas indiquées quand nous avons réservé notre chambre. Le lit King était confortable et la chambre était propre et spacieuse. L'insonorisation semblait bonne, car nous n'avons pas été réveillés par les voisins. Le seul très petit hic, c'est qu'un des deux ascenseurs était en panne, alors il y avait parfois de l'attente. Sinon, tout était très bien. :)"
