« We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend it. The location was great — close enough to Hickory that we were able to explore the town easily, while still feeling comfortable and relaxing. The home was very clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for our family for a couple of nights. We were traveling with a newborn baby and my mother-in-law who uses a wheelchair, and the space made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Everything felt welcoming and convenient, and we really...

« Overall great value as it has 5 bedrooms (we were looking for 4 -ended up only needing/using 3)- all beds are upstairs. Bathroom on main & upper levels. Lots of room, there was a kitchen & separate dining area (w/metal folding chairs). But we won't be staying there again (I have never left a review like this!) There were 2 living room areas, which is great, not enough seating for 6 of us to be in one room. All the couches & beds were rather low to the ground, making it a challenge for older...

« We were a party of 3 with 3 dogs, one elderly and blind. My mother is 81. She is in good health but the stairs to our unit were very difficult for her to climb but were also a hardship for us and the dogs. The ad says it is not appropriate for elderly visitors which is an understatement. There should be a disclaimer so you know that there are about 30 steps to get to the unit, the last 10 steps are metal that reminded me of an escape latter. This could be dangerous for children and pets as...

« This was one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. From the moment we booked, the host’s communication was exceptional, providing us with all the necessary information and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The property itself was a perfect match for the description and photos we had seen online, which gave us a great sense of anticipation before our arrival. Upon entering, we were immediately impressed by how incredibly clean the entire place was, making it an ideal...
