'We had a great stay at the resort. It is a beautiful place on a hill next to a lake. I enjoyed the scenery. You can walk in the resort near the lake and enjoy the view. 'My experience at Kim resort was anything but smooth. Hieu and Thuy were great and had I dealt with then from start to finish, i would have likely given this a 5 star rating, but Hong is the reason why this review will only get 3 stars.
