The home features 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds, with plenty of room for families and groups to spread out. Each bedroom has access to its own private bathroom and is thoughtfully equipped with blackout curtains, sound machines, and the MOST comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep.

Enjoy a newly remodeled, fully stocked kitchen, beautifully updated primary bathroom, laundry area, and half bath. We've designed and equipped the home to make your lake vacation as easy and comfortable as possible—from cooking family meals to settling in for a longer stay.

DOCK + BOAT-FRIENDLY LOCATION

Bring your own boat and enjoy easy access to Lake Chatuge. The home is just 1 mile from a public boat launch, so you can be on the water in minutes. Fish from the dock, explore the lake, or simply sit by the water and take in the view. We do keep our boat under the covered slip, but you can dock your boat on the outer portion of the dock.

CLOSE TO HIAWASSEE & EVERYTHING YOU NEED

You'll enjoy the peaceful setting of a lakefront retreat without being far from town. The home is approximately 3 miles from grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, making it an ideal home base for exploring Hiawassee, Lake Chatuge, and the North Georgia Mountains.

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. The lake view was incredible, and the large porch was the perfect place to relax with family and friends. The dock was fantastic and made spending time on the water so easy and enjoyable. The home was fully stocked with so many thoughtful extras, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful lake getaway!
