Beautiful with an amazing service. Lots of fresh fruits for breakfast and a huge selection of cheese and warm and cold breakfast. The main room is stunning. I would recommend this boutique hotel to everyone.

A 400 mètres du promontoire d'observation des baleines. Un parking privé et sécurisé. Chambres de grandes tailles très calmes et très confortables. Tout y est pensé pour le confort des clients. Personnel très accueillant et petit déjeuner copieux. Un must.

We had a wonderful stay, was a long weekend away. Hermanus Boutique Guest House has a great location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. great rooms too and friendly service. I I had to criticise I would say it can be a bit noisy in the morning when setting up breakfast if you have one of the inside rooms... But really a nice place we loved it.

This small hotel was awesome. We were a group of seven people and booked 4 rooms. We stayed for one night only. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. We had great view of the ocean from our rooms. The breakfast was perfect and omelette was to die for. All in all I give this hotel a perfect 10

Wonderful stay!
The Hermanus Boutique was a wonderful find and a great place to spend our final few days in South Africa. The decor and design are very unique but very clean comfortable and welcoming. We had booked a room close to the pool and spent the first night there, however as preferred a ground floor and sea view room, we were upgraded for our final two nights at no extra cost, which was hugely appreciated. The location is great for the coastal walk as well as being only a few minutes from the local centre for restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was superb.

Awesome accommodation
My wife and I with our 16 year old son recently had a 4 day stay at the Hermanus Boutique Guest House . We are frequent visitors to Hermanus and we can honestly say this was probably our best stay. The staff were amazing and the family room which consisted of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was really spacious with balconies for each room as well.. The bedding and cleansiness was excellent. The breakfast was superb and we would highly recommend this guest house. Thanks to Annakie and Josh and all the other staff for the great service and we will definitely be back. They really go out of their way to make your stay an enjoyable one.

The interior of this hotel is lovely. The rooms are comfortable and clean. But, there is a big difference in the room sizes. Our friends and I booked the same room for the same price at the same time but theirs was much larger and included a sitting area. There are a large and tasty hot breakfast included with the room. The hotel overlooks the ocean across the street and there is a nice path to walk along the water. The rooms, however, did not have a view.

Nice hotel in a great location
We were there for 2 nights and were very pleased with this hotel. The location is excellent : away from the main traffic and yet within easy walking distance from restaurants and whales viewing points. All staff members are welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious and well equiped, and just 5 steps away from the pool. The decor is decent and neutral, but not very unique or inspired. Breakfast is very good. Not the cheapest place to stay, but then it is Hermanus. Would definitely recommend it.

Leider haben wir nur eine Nacht in diesem Guest house verbracht, denn es hat uns so gut gefallen! Das Zimmer war perfekt und auch der Service war wunderbar. Wir haben wirklich nichts negatives festgestellt und würden sofort wieder dort übernachten. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr geschmeckt, man hatte ziemlich viel auswahl. Nur zu empfehlen, der Preis ist es Wert.

Very good boutique hotel, close to centre.
A good choice for Hermanus, just a little way from the centre, but easily walkable. Great views over the cliffs to the sea. Absolutely excellent breakfasts, but no other food. Charming and very helpful staff. Excellent room in garden block with no views, but a small pool which was little used. Secure on site allocated parking.

Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, alles sauber. Personal super freundlich. Wirkt wie ein Familiengeführtes Haus. Wir hatten ein günstigeres Zimmer was auch toll ist. Wenn man mehr Luxus möchte fanden wir die Zimmer am Pool noch chicer und luxuriöser. Das kleine Städtchen zum Essen gehen ist in 10 minuten Fußweg erreichbar

Rather disappointing
We reserved a sea facing luxury room. Unfortunately it was downstairs with a very restricted view. If one sat on the patio one was like a goldfish in a bowl with passers by gawking at one. Road noise was terrible and kept us awake. The coffee / tea making facility had no means of screening it off from the road and the kettle, cups and ingredients had to be moved into the room for privacy

Great stay on Cliff Walk
All was great about our stay including location, staff, room and breakfast, AND chocolates on pillow at night and an upgrade to an ocean view. Spotted whales from our terrace! In addition to the cliff walk (be sure to go to the left, too) and dinner at Origins and nearby Heritage, we enjoyed a beautiful hike at Fernkloof.

Schönes Hotel mitt direktem Zugang zum Cliffwalk

Stayed for two nights - very comfortable room with everything you could need. Unfortunately, on our second morning we woke to find our room had no electricity and no-one in reception was answering the phone. Apart from that, we very much enjoyed our stay here.
