Big and beautiful Villa in Nyhamnsläge

The villa is an old shop that was built in 1908.
In the last three years, it has been completely renovated by the famous designer Marie Olsson Nylander. Her design goes through the whole house with doors from India to old cabinets from all over the world.
The house also has an apartment (bedroom 5) with its own entrance next to the main entrance. The apartment has its own bathroom and kitchen.
The first floor contains bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and a large beautiful bathroom.
The second floor contains a large kitchen, living room, toilet and exits to the large balcony with both morning and evening sun.
On the third floor (bedroom 4) there is a fantastic view of the Öresund, Kattegatt and Kullaberg. Here you can enjoy the view both inside or outside on a smaller balcony. If you want to spend time indoors, this is also the place to watch a movie or light a fire.
The garden is well protected from the winds and fantastic to spend time in. It is boarded in which keeps track of the children but also for privacy.
The children have a trampoline, play house and grass to spend time on while the adults relax on the large terrace with an outdoor kitchen (water and sewer) and barbecue.
