'An absolutely wonderful place to stay …. one of the nicest motels I have stayed in . Booked a studio room - but their studio contained a king size bed ( comfy AS ) , smart tv with streaming channels , air con plus a fan , microwave , hob stove top plates and dishwasher . A few extras … like salt and pepper plus bikkies with the in room usual tea and coffee . Nice quality bathroom products which smelled really nice . Rarely does a ‘ studio ‘ contain all these amenities . Guest laundry ,...

'The room was very nice with the view of the golf courae . The staff was very courteous and welcoming . Great location. The bathrooms could have ne cleaner, there was mold in the bathroom. But overall, great place, good service and excellent location. '

'Room was filled with light at night. Yes I turned off the lights, but that did I not stop light from coming around the door and around the curtains and blinds. Hence sleep was poor. And no I am not a light sleeper. I am a dark sleeper and a light awaker.'

'I stayed 4 nights in the Executive Suite. Once in the suit I noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned, & there were hairs and cut fingernail by the sink as well as liquid soap grime and hairs on the bathtub. Both tables in the living area were dirty & rubbish had not been taken out. Addressing this with the manager Craig, who was rude, telling me the cleaning staff had gone home & would not be back until tomorrow. 'We have stayed at Big 4 parks before & this place isn't even close to being upto any standard of those, to say it is a hole is probably a compliment, firstly driving in the place looks & feels unsafe, there's plenty of sketchy people, permanent residents with junk everywhere, potholes that are massive, random feral kids living permanently there that swear and abuse you & we haven't even got into the cabin yet, the door feels like it is barely able to be locked, the sheets have stains and what...

'The kitchen was well set up'

'It was basic but clean .it was in a good location. Nice and quite. Didnt see any staff. We had to ring to get keys and drop off keys in a box when we left. Overall good experience. Just a little weird that the motel was in a shopping complex. A good stay overall. They did clean the rooms and make the bed up everyday.'

'Not a good experience booking this property. The property manager didn’t respond to a single message leading up to the stay, so we had no information on the checkin or parking or other questions we had asked. We finally received an automated text message from the property half an hour before checkin time, but still no responses to any questions from the property manager. The apartment was also very dirty in parts, with lots of cobwebs inside showing that it was poorly cleaned. '
