Cottages in Hayling Island

'Our 3rd stay, all aspects of Elm Lodge and the location were excellent as always. We will use this venue for future breaks but next time we will take precautions against the possibility of insect bites in this lovely and picturesque location.'

'Had a fab chilled winter break, very peaceful surroundings. Bungalow was clean, warm and cosy, kitchen well equipped. 5 minute walk to the friendly local pub. Village shop well stocked.'

'Accommodation was fine, clean and had hardly any issues. But just a few comments. We are both in our mid 70's and my wife having had recent back surgery had a lot of difficulty climbing and descending 4 flights of very narrow stairs. Even I had trouble with them and I do not have big feet but I had to go down sideways. I am surprised they meet building standards. Could definitely do with a printed welcome pack in the room to get guests started with the amenities, there were no instructions for...

'The Boat House is a perfect place to relax with lovely views over the countryside. This was our second stay and would certainly book again.'

'a lovely house, with plenty of off road parking spaces, a few meters away from the beach. We loved the possibility of just popping out to sea for a quick morning swim or a run along the shore, and then come back to the house for a breakfast al fresco in the secluded garden.'

'Mayaro was a great cottage to stay in. We booked last minute and Inspire were great at getting it organised, and the welcome pack was lovely to find especially as we booked within 48 hours of arrival. Some owners don't bother anymore which is is shame so it was lovely to find welcome bits. The cottage is lovely and cosy, two good sized bedrooms and the best equipped kitchen I've ever found! It's an annex to the house, but we didn't hear the owners next door - and hopefully we didn't disturb...

'Had a lovely stay at Sea Breezes - was a great space for 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) with everything we needed. Lovely sunsets over Pagham Lagoon and only a short walk to the cafe, amusements, shops and (amazing) fish and chip shop.'
