« Wanted to change nights to 3 September and unable to get the money back even though we gave a month’s notice. On that event, we will not be recommending these people again. »

« Great all round clean and everything »

« A very very lovely property. Everything is top notch. The pool was warm, the garden is lovely. The beds are super comfy. The location for getting to the beach is brilliant. We all loved it and will return without a doubt. »

« Wonderful quiet location - perfect for a retreat and with plenty of space. »

« Très bon pied à terre à Emsworth près des sentiers côtiers. Pratique, au calme dans très beau quartier. Dommage pour les moquettes si vous êtes allergique aux acariens ! »

« This was our first holiday in this lovely house, the location to the shops, restaurants & beach was perfect. Spacious bedrooms & lovely shower in the en suite bedroom. We were there during the heatwave & it was nice having the bedrooms downstairs as they were a lot cooler than the upstairs lounge. »

« We had a lovely stay and the property was very clean. Great location and would definitely recommend it. »

« Pet friendly cottage with small back garden. Well equipped kitchen and comfy bedroom with nice linens. « Great location, good facilities. No mention of »

« We'd thoroughly recommend this property, where you have everything you need (and more) for a week or two away from home. Very dog friendly, and just a short walk from a lovely park and onto a long, sandy beach where the dogs had a whale of a time. A good sized and secure back garden, and views over The Solent towards the mainland. We can not fault this property. »

« Property is in a very good position over looking the Solent and walkable to Southsea or Portsmouth. Had everything we needed and particularly enjoyed the roof garden »

« Highly recommended beautiful house located in a lovely quiet road. The house has lots of room and is clean and bright. The house is fully equipped including indoor and outdoor games and is a great stay for families. A lovely well kept garden. The location is beautiful, clean and picturesque. Short walk to local shops and village pub. Walking distance to Bembridge beach. Local residents are friendly. We will definitely stay here again on another visit to the Island. »
