- The idyllic, tranquil setting of this property makes it a relaxing retreat for families or friends wanting to escape everyday life and discover all that Cornwall has to offer. Hayle is just a mile away, with a selection of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. Alternatively, travel slightly further to St Ives for a larger array of eateries, cobbled streets and quaint shops, plus the Tate gallery. Surrounded by the sea, the county isn’t short of beautiful beaches, and there’s plenty within a short drive of this cottage including Gwithian, Portreath, Porthcurno and Carbis Bay. Close to the A30, you’ll have easy access to other towns and attractions including Paradise Park, St Michael’s Mount and Penzance.
The first room entered in this property immediately sets the tone for the rest of the house, with an immaculate finish and beautiful décor through the whole lounge area leading through to the kitchen/diner, all of which has solid oak flooring. Spacious and airy, the living space is lovingly decorated and has soft furnishings to relax on, with French doors leading out to the patio and garden. Through the archway is a large dining table to seat six, with a contemporary fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Adjacent to this area is the utility room, with washing machine and tumble dryer. The property also benefits from a second lounge, where you can relax and enjoy your favourite film or programme on the Smart TV with DVD player. There is also a downstairs WC. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor of the cottage, and all have high open beamed ceilings. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with a TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room with WC, whilst the third bedroom has twin single beds and an en-suite shower room.
Outside the property has plenty of space, with a private patio with garden furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining, and a large shared lawn.
