  • Recently renovated, waterfront property! Escape to our charming lakefront home on picturesque Lake Hawkins. With direct water access and gorgeous sunset views, this property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Guests can enjoy the many comforts this home has to offer as well as the lake's beautiful clear water for swimming, fishing, boating, skiing, kayaking; you name it! Lake Hawkins has it ALL! Fish off of our boat dock, swim in our sandy shore area, float around, or borrow our kayaks! Lake Hawkins has a public boat ramp close by and access to a nice, sandy beach area, camp ground, and an RV park too. There are also several local restaurants, with one located right on the water with a nice outdoor seating area. We had a great time at the Sunset Lodge, and It was just as advertised. Very comfortable stay both inside and out, and perfect sunsets everyday at beautiful Lake Hawkins! Thank you for allowing us use of your terrific lake home! We’ll be back!

As always, this Lake house is amazing. We stayed back in March. It was incredible. It was even better this time went out on the lake every morning every evening great, not crowded caught many fish enjoyed ourselves. We’ll stay again.

A great quick trip to Lake Hawkins! Sunset Lodge was a perfect place. Clean and very well organized. When we plan another trip, this will be the first place we check.

Cozy little place with good fishing from dock. Liked thebig front porch and several types of grills. Would stay again. Master bedroom toilet needs new chain and front door lock needs replaced but we were happy with our stay.Thank you.

There were 4 of us on our trip and we all thoroughly enjoyed the place. Penny was extremely responsive prior to arrival and wanted to ensure we had everytjing we needed. She answered any questions. The place is really nice, clean, decorated super cute, cozy, and the layout were better than expected. The bedrooms were really nice size too. The susnsets were amazing!! There are rocking chairs on the porch to help enjoy those We look forward to coming back.

This was the cutest house with an amazing front porch overlooking Lake Hawkins. It was spotless and well stocked. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The decor was tasteful and the kitchen was just right for our stay. We had a wonderful experience and will do our best to return again next year.

The house is adorable and equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the kayaks, swimming and fishing off the dock. My 6 year old had a ball catching one small fish after another. It rained a lot during our stay but the huge front porch is the perfect spot for eating and playing games, rain or shine.

We use this property as our "guest house"

Our out of town visitors generally use this lakeside house when coming to see us. It is always clean and beautiful. They have done some recent remodeling that has made it even better than it was, especially the front porch which is the perfect place to watch a gorgeous sunset. Owners are always helpful, positive, and welcoming to our guests.

Waterfront house

We had family come in from out of town last minute and they didn’t want to stay in a hotel. Found them this very nice house on lake Hawkins and they really enjoyed it. They enjoyed it so much that they said every time they come out to visit they want to stay there again. It’s beautiful. The host is very friendly and very easy to talk to. The check in was quick and simple. My family had a great weekend stay.

Teenage birthday weekend

This cabin is beautifully decorated and spotless. The dock was great and firepit was great as well. Well stocked with all you need for stay. We used grill to grill one evening. And plenty of parking even with truck and boat trailer. Also had a relaxing large porch in front with beautiful lake view with a porpane firepit as well. Would highly recommend.
