'Almomento de recibirte me cobraron una persona extra porque segun a ellos no la avian cobrado apesar que les enseʼne la reservacion y en la mañana despues de 20 miniutos de la hora acordada me llevaron al Aeropuerto'

'The room description (see also the photo) stated private bathroom (not in room). In reality, the bathroom turned out to be shared. The staff indicated that this was incorrectly listed by Hotels.com. However, a review from another guest shows that this is not an isolated incident but a structural issue. To make matters worse, the staff began loudly cleaning the kitchen next to my room at 6:45 a.m. If you value privacy and a good night’s sleep, I would recommend looking elsewhere.'

'After spending an hour looking for the place, I found a nice underground room with a huge bed. The address in the e-mail is incorrect, Casa Quetzalli needs to correct or remove it. The instructions (which I only received after I arrived) had the correct details.'
