The views down the Aure valley from the large deck towards Sait-Lary, the mountains beyond, and Spain are a stunning backdrop for a morning coffee and/or a drink after a day of walking in the beautiful Pyrenees. 'Très belle semaine d'août dans cette bergerie rénovée, en plein coeur d'un petit village, le dernier de la vallée avant la montagne.Idéal pour les amoureux de la campagne et de la montagne.Les lits déjà faits et les volumes des pièces sont très appréciables.Petite précision : pour les grosses voitures, je conseille de décharger devant le portail et de se garer à 100m à la mairie, la manœuvre n'est pas évidente dans la petite rue'

'We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully refurbished barn. Full of character with exposed beams, it is extremely well furnished and equipped with an excellent kitchen ( with an enormous fridge/freezer). A perfect location for a cycling holiday with the Tourmalet, Hautacam, Luz Ardiden, the Aubisque and Soulor all within riding distance. Highly recommended!'

'I LOVED my stay here at Odile and Bernard's place. What a beautiful and perfect little getaway into the mountains! Close enough to walk into town but just far enough above the city center to feel peace and solitude. I came here without a car and it was 30 degrees and raining out, and my hosts were kind enough to pick me up from the bus station. The home is charming, cozy, the kitchen well equipped, and I felt like I could stay indefinitely and be happy. Odile was kind enough to drop me off back...
