The home was only equipped with one A/C mini split until located in the common area of the house which made the bed rooms hard to cool off during the day and the evenings. It would have been nice if the yard could have been maintained so...

« This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. It was easy to find and not far off the main road yet away from distractions of the world. There is a near by atv trail and it just a short drive to Bryce Canyon. It has a beautiful Kitchen but it is sparsely supplied, bring all you need even spices. The beds are fine. There isn't adequate seating, you may want to bring a lawn chair.The host is quick to communicate and expectations are clear. »

« We only stayed one night but it was one of the best places we stayed on our tour of the Utah Parks. The hot tub was very nice and everything was comfortable and well thought out. Communication with our hosts was excellent as well. 5 stars! »

« Had a great family stay at this cute little cabin! We enjoyed the close proximity to the Burger barn for a quick snack or dinner when we didn't want to cook, and close to the Panguitch Lake resort for going out on the lake. The evening views were amazing, watching the deer come in the evenings down to the meadows and walking past the cabin. The cabin is set up well for a small cabin - areas to relax and hang out on the porch and living area, kitchen had plenty of room to cook and meal prep. ...

« The property is great, in a remote location that provides for excellent star gazing. It is halfway between Zion NP and Bryce Canyon NP which made it very convenient to visit both.Deer were in abundance around the property, with one coming up to the porch to greet us. »
