« We were put in a lodging that wasn’t the one we rented. We had no hot water and the owner wouldn’t fix so VRBO moved us to a hotel. Terrible. We have asked for a refund but have gotten no response from VRBO. As far as I am concerned this is fraud. »

« Wonderful house for our family Christmas vacation! The host was terrific. She checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and were not having any problems. She decorated the house beautifully for us …. both inside and out. Large kitchen table for the family to eat at and play games. Duraflame logs were provided for us to enjoy the fireplace. « the house was great for our needs - it was nicely furnished fully stocked with the essentials in the kitchen. the host checked in when it was especially cold to ensure the heat and water were working correctly. the living room was very comfortable with leather reclining chairs and a gas fireplace that heated the room very well.
