✔ Guest Check-In Form & ID

A guest check-in form will be sent shortly after booking and must be completed within 48 hours to confirm your reservation. A valid government-issued ID is required for the primary guest.



🚗 Driveway, Parking & Boats

-Our driveway is steep, and All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or 4-Wheel Drive (4WD) is REQUIRED for safe access.

Vehicles without AWD/4WD should not attempt to use the driveway.

-Parking for up to 2 vehicles is available without using the driveway and is strictly enforced.

There are no exceptions to this limit.

-🚫 No trailer or boat trailer parking is allowed on-site.

If you are traveling with a trailer, we’re happy to help coordinate off-site parking arrangements in advance.



🔥 Fire Safety

A Solo Stove fire pit is provided for your use. Please note that firewood at the property is for display only and not available for guest use. Guests are welcome to bring their own firewood for lakeside gatherings.

Always ensure fires are fully extinguished before leaving the area unattended.



📹 Exterior Security Cameras

For the safety of guests, homeowners, and the property, exterior security cameras are located outside the home. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.



🔇 Quiet Hours

Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to maintain the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood.



👥 Visitors & Guest Policy

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. If you wish to request approval for visitors, please contact us in advance. Unauthorized visitors or unregistered guests may result in cancellation without refund in accordance with our house rules.
