'The first room we were assigned was absolutely filthy! Dirty, dusty…when pulling the shade down, exposed to black mold all along the side of the shade, and the bathroom molding/shower -moldy! Complained to front desk immediately. We were assigned to another room which was way cleaner, but to only be awakened during the night several times by RUDE LOUD DISRESPECTFUL YELLING PEOPLE in the next room. Totally unacceptable! Again front desk handled it. Always check your room before settling...

'We had a very nice overnight stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, lots of nice pillows too.The only issue, the shower head head had a crack in it and some of the decore needed to be fixed up especially around the tv. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to a friend. It is convenient to many Hershey attractions. '
