'Staff was exceptionally friendly. Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was close to shopping and good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting York, PA.'

'I took the same ride last summer. Happened upon this Comfort Inn by chance. The staff was so helpful and friendly, the breakfast was so amazing and the room/property so clean and kept nice, I made it a point to stay on my way back home last year, and stay there once again on the start of my journey this time. I love this place.'

'‘The Central’ was more like an upscale motel than a 4-star facility. After staying at a DoubleTree (3-star hotel) and then staying here, my family was disappointed. This was the least grandeur Best Western Premier series hotel we stayed at. It did not have that exceptional feeling like the rest. 'I’ll start with I understand this is a budget hotel and not expecting 5 Star amenities. However, I think any hotel should provide the basics. Clean areas, functioning room, kind staff. Staff were great. Friendly and handled issues best they could. Clean, well that hotel doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since opening. Every carpet is stained, tiles cracked through out, walls with holes, scratches, or dings. I expect that they’ll be some but the entire hotel is in disrepair. You can always...
