'Absolutely wonderful - great location and exceptionally clean. Well appointed and very comfortable. Plenty of space for the four of us and great communication. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely stay here again next time we come down - only a few minutes to The Neighborhood at Tellico Village and great local restaurants. '

'We had a great time! Our expectations were exceeded everywhere, the house, the dock, the outdoor patio, everywhere. The house was very clean and the furniture very comfortable. The gas grill that connected to the gas line was so convenient, no need to worry about needing a propane exchange. The dock had plenty of seating and space, it’s where we spent the majority of our time. We would absolutely book this house again!'

'We were in town for a CrossFit competition and we left saying we would gladly stay here and neighboring properties again. Many bathrooms was a must - all clean and stocked! The open kitchen was wonderful. The only deduction of stars was due to the listing noting 3 additional Murphy beds - there was one folded bed in a closet but no additional beds. It ended up being fine but everything else was great overall. '

'First, I chose it because it has a fence for our dog. Then I chose it because of how good the pictures look for the inside. But they don’t do it justice. The inside is immaculate and completely comfortable. I slept wonderfully on a very comfortable bed. It had ample space in good flow, very cozy. The master en suite had heated tile floor and a large spa like shower. It’s in the country so the yard is country. I gave the cushions a dusting, and we sat outside and enjoyed the fireflies.'

'Great location for a stay on Tellico Lake. Was at the end of a cove so easy to kayak and paddle board without worry of boats speeding by. Great amenities at house and for lake, including 2 adult kayaks and 2 youth kayak, plus multiple floats. Definitely recommend and would stay again!'

'The property was as described. It was very nice. We were very happy with it. Everything you could think of was supplied, other than our food. We ended up not bringing family dogs, but they would have loved it. Great stay!'

'We enjoyed our time at the lake! The house was clean, well stocked and steps from the water. The owners were quick to respond to questions. We had so much fun swimming and fishing off the new dock. It was so nice to have the boat ramp next door (we were the only people all weekend to use it). We would definitely stay here again. '
