We arrived and had to message to get check in info. It was not sent in advance. That night we realized none of the beds had flat sheets— just fitted sheet and a comforter. I contacted the host in the morning (Mon.) no response until late that day letting us know we would get sheets Tuesday. I asked for it to be before 10am so we could be there to take them in. I also notified the host of the excessive noise from the other side of the duplex, keeping our family up until well after midnight. Tues. morning we waited for sheets but finally had to leave. I messaged again asking to be notified when sheets were being delivered so someone could be there. We were not notified until they were already left outside. The noise from the other side of the duplex continued another night, keeping us up. I told the host again and was told they just talked to them-not the night before when we alerted them of the issue. The microwave had burnt cheese/crust all over the glass plate/walls. The showers had hair/debris in the corners. The comforters had minor stains. The couch and throw pillow had white stains. There were dirty hand prints and finger prints on bedroom doors. There was an overly full load left in the dryer from the cleaners. Too much in the load to be properly cleaned. The living room outlets were not working. The toilet lid didn’t stay open bc of shelf. Men had to hold open to use. Only a small fridge w only one shelf insert. No curtains in any bedrooms so light came in very early
