'Loved the property and the location was great. Loved that they had van transportation. The only complaints are that I wish the property had more activities planned for guests and the suite we were in, in the double queen room, the room never got below 78 degrees but the rest of the suite was freezing. 'Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. '

'Excellent condition, friendly staff, located a 5 min walk from the beach, surrounded by lots of dining and other activities. room was big, bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower was excellent. Room air conditioner a little noisy when compared to central systems but not bad. Overall a great place to stay. Will use whenever we go to Hilton Head'
'The property is beautiful. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The food in the restaurants in the hotel was very expensive. Appetizer, hamburger with fries and sweet tea for 2 people was close to $90. If you are a person who want to have a relaxing vacation, this is your place. '
'The hotel was very comfortable for an older hotel, and the staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms updated nicely. The overall value for a beach front hotel was excellent. My family had a great time, and the kids enjoyed the convenience of being right on the beach and having the pool. We could bounce around the island for restaurants and activities with only a short drive. '
