« Lovely place to stay in Petoskey, Michigan. It was our central location to come back to each evening after sailing in Traverse City, traveling to Mackinaw Island, or finding our way to Legs Inn through the Tunnel of Trees. We enjoyed the big porch, eating pizza with friends while we watched the sunset over the lake. Fresh cookies in our room daily! No room TV's to distract, but a nice game/TV/library room to use when you needed it. Also morning beverages available there if you were leaving...

« If anyone is planning on renting from this place, dont use room 12. Temperature went down to 45 degrees outside (night-time) and when I called the after hour assistance line ( who lives 5 hrs away) and explained that our unit was cold and need heat. Her response was, they were planning on turning the boiler in the am and for tonight they would issue a portable heater ( which helped a bit). The next day (I worked and came home at 7:30pm) , the room was still cold, the thermostat on the wall said...

« Very nice place. Clean. Good breakfast. Gave us extra towels and pillows when asked. Staff were polite and attentive. Price was reasonable. Only problem was that there were metal squares protruding on the bed frame and we kept hitting them on the backs of our legs when getting out of bed. Also, the pillow cases were “pilly” so they need to invest in new ones. We would stay again but bring our own pillow cases. Overall a good stay. »
