"Hotel Noreg is an excellent place to stay for a few nights in Ålesund. The location is perfect, just on the edge of the town centre. Parking is easy, but paid. The rooms looked very recently updated, or have been like this for a bit now. Either way, I liked it. I was at the back of the hotel, meaning I also had no road noise and it was extremely quiet. The beds are comfortable and the rain shower was ideal after a rainy day in the city. Lots of facilities nearby, as the city isn't that big to begin with. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I would recommend staying here!"

"The Hotel is magnificent. The rooms are clean and very nice, as is the rest of the building with its wooden beams and grand fireplace with three story chimney. New logs are placed on the fire regularly, giving the hotel a very nice and cosy atmosphere. The restaurant is of Scandinavian design with beautiful wooden furniture. It also overlooks the harbour, having nice views all-round. The staff speaks good English, as all Norwegians do, and is very helpful. A nice detail is that the staff does not merely consist of Norwegians but they hail from a variety of international backgrounds, which makes for nice conversations. All in all a very nice experience, do recommend wholeheartedly."

"Prachtig hotel. Schone en ruime kamers. Hotel is langs het water en in buurt van supermarkten ,winkels en restaurants. Gratis parkeren bij het hotel. Erg fijn verblijf gehad!"

"Prima hotel met geweldige kamer en tv om te streamen. Erg grote badkamer met top douche. Heerlijk ontbijt met ruime keuze. Ga niet proberen om in dr parkeergarage te staan of je moet een mini of fiat 500 hebben. Veel te klein zelfs om in te rijden. 50 meter verder is er een openbare parkeergarage en bijna net xo duurmaar ruimer"
