This hotel is OK for the price , staffs are very helpful and friendly , great breakfast and great location ,Hoan Kiem Lake ,Old Quarter ,walking street and lot of attractions are in short walking distance from the property. But this is not a 4 star hotel as they advertise as well as no laundry facility in the hotel.

Surprise me, the rooms were clean and comfortable enough for a quiet good sleep. The location was also excellent with many attractive tourist places and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend you to try.

After a long and tired flight, we had a quite good sleep at Suite City View room. The next day, breakfast buffet at the hotel was amazing with variety choice of food including beef noodle and western food. Thanks to the hotel staff named Dieu Linh, who helped me choosing Ao Dai for my photoshoot at Trang An, Ninh Binh tour that day.

I was there with group of friends. We stay ad Grand Deluxe room which is large and tidy. The next day we wanted to see water puppet show, the receptionist help to show us the way and it was so close to the hotel that we could go by walk. So amazing!!!

The hotel was child-friendly. My kids loved the play at the lobby area and the staff was very patient with them. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice for my kids.

It was a very nice experience we had at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful.They helped us book a very last minute private tour to Ninh Binh with pickup and drop off at hotel, they also kept our room when we did a one night cruise trip. I give this hotel full marks.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Someone always there to open the door and grab any bags. Restaurant staff sweet and ready to help in any way. Booked tour at reception and it was so easy. Room was comfy.

Staff were very helpful, keen to ensure we enjoyed Hanoi and had an enjoyable visit. They assisted with recommendations on places to visit, airport transfers and special treats. All staff from reception to restaurant, cleaning team to security had a positive impact on our experience. We were made to feel valued guests.

The location is really optimal: we visited the whole city within walking distance from the hotel but it was still quiet. Very close to the central lake with the red bridge; that whole area is closed to cars from Friday to Sunday which is super nice to wander around. Rooms are large, comfortable beds, good A/C. Great breakfast buffet including eggs prepared as you wish. Very friendly staff.

The hotel had been recommended to us by a fellow traveller for its outstanding customer service and we were not disappointed. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a large choice. A very convenient location near Hoan Kiem lake. The stand out was the welcome from staff from the porters to the receptionists to the servers and cleaner.

One of the friendliest and most accomodating hotel we stayed in! Linh was extremely helpful with everything! He helped with with everything from checking in, to services! Breakfast buffet had extensive options to accommodate everyone. Easy walking distance to attractions near Hoan Kiem Lake.

Excellent hotel, the location is great you get a quiet and safe area close from the old city center by walk. Staff was super friendly and thanks to Duoc. We had a private car to the airport for a competitive price.Also special thanks to Duc for keeping our luggage safe and being nice.Even gave us water and a facial mask for our travel!

The hotel is in a central location with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel itself is very modern and new. The room was spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed and had a big bathroom with separate bath and a walk in shower. The staff were fantastic and most helpful. We arrived late at night and so hungry. However the reception staff asked us what food we wanted and ordered it in for us, which was very welcome. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

My fist time staying at Grand Cititel Hotel in Hanoi and I’m very happy with the staff and their service. Though the front area is large but I always feel welcome and pleasant because the receptionists take very good care of me. Beautiful room and extremely comfortable bed. Very nicely furnished and laid-out. Very good service and excellent breakfast. Lovely hotel in a good position. A place of cool calm in a noisy, bustly city. Hanoi can be quite a headache in some ways, and a lovely hotel to retreat to is crucial.

I loved this hotel! The decor, cleanliness, location and food were all terrific. But it was the service that impressed me the most! Everyone behind the desk or serving food was so kind, friendly and helpful! They were even gracious enough to help me practice my Vietnamese with them! The rooms were very comfortable and the ensuite bathrooms both contained the walk-in showers. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Toiletries were provided. Tea and coffee facilities were provided in the rooms. The WIFI was good and the rooms were quiet. I had the full breakfast, which was reasonable without being marvellous & there was plenty of space in the room.

This is the first time I am staying at this hotel. I was very impressed with the room and the hotel decoration. It is very beautiful. I had breakfast in the morning and the food is excellent. I will definitely be back soon and stay longer. This way I would be able to enjoy the hospitality of the hotel and give better feedback.
