'The hotel is lovely. Set in beautiful gardens. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was the best we had had on our 4 week Brazil Argentina Chile and Easter Island. Wolfgang is friendly and kind. He makes sure to speak to everyone personally ally at breakfast. He is a mine of information about the island. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s perfect. X'

But I share her enthusiasm: The staff was really good, it felt like coming home to grandma’s house, as it is true to its name: Grandma’s house, where you are treated with kindness and love. The place has a family feeling. You can see the photos of the family in the main reception area. Maria and Javiera greeted us with warmth and explained the history of the house.
