« Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times. »

« Several electrical outlets did not work. In including front and back porch lights. Twin sized bed so uncomfortable. Granddaughter did not rest. Paint peeling on front and back porch. Musty smell inside house. Only one set of towels per bathroom. Also, towels and washcloths are type used for carwash. Not used for bathing. Jets not working in garden tub. Obvious this home needs refresh to meet vrbo expections. Obviously used for wedding accommodations only. »

« Barney’s Bluff was absolutely perfect for our end of summer get away! The spacious, well-equipped house was spotless and thoughtfully accommodating. The owner provided everything imaginable, from life vests and beach towels to dog bowls. We felt very welcomed and safe! My crew of five teens and two dogs had a blast making smores in the fire pit, playing games in the sunroom, and exploring the lake on the pontoon! We made great memories and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I can 100% recommend...
