« Matthew was awesome - super responsive and provided a ton of information about the house and the area. There were some people staying downstairs and we never heard a sound from them. The place is super updated with fresh linens, spacious bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and more. Location is perfect to run into town or out to the beach. Would definitely stay again. »

« Our overall feel of the property was that it was clean and private. We stayed with our two kids so four of us total and we were comfortable. There was a metal frame and foam mattress folded up in the closet which easily fit in front of the king sized bed with walking room around it to the other side of the bed. « Liked the quick walk to King Street. Kitchen was set up very nice. Laundry was right there and easy to throw a quick wash in. I didn't realize there was no dishwasher, but we out the majority of the time and didn't need it. The clawfoot bath tub was cool, but a little harder to get in an out if your older. Overall, great stay. Perfect for our small group. »

But like all old houses, the steps lean a bit and the floor and the deck are not perfectly flat. But it was a great neighborhood close to dozens of restaurants and shops. « The condo was clean and comfortable. It is in a great neighborhood, lots of great food options very close by. Booking and checking was easy, parking available behind the unit. Getting to the historic district is easy, we walked some days and took the dash bus/trolley other days, bus stops close by. I would stay here again. »
