'The only thing Premier about this hotel is the name. they have rooms with beds but that is about it. I woke up in the middle of the night by some loud racketing outside the room (103 close to the breakfast room), thought it was someone drunk coming back, but it kept on and on. After some time I went out to the reception and it was the persons in the reception doing vacuumcleaning like a grumpy teenager bumping around chairs and slamming with doors. 'Its a pretty rundown hotel, shower pressure is very poor with very basic amenity in the bathroom.
It’s unfortunately also not so cheap, but is cheapest you can find around Brighton.
So for a one night stay over it does the job.
Location next to Preston Park railway station makes it prime location! '
