« This was our 2nd stay at Marcy's condo. It is in a perfect location; the condo is fully loaded with anything you could possibly need for a stay. We stayed in Oct and now April. « Just perfect! Everything we needed for a fantastic beach vacation. Plenty of space for two families, a fully functional kitchen and bathrooms stocked with the essentials, a locker with beach supplies (a beach cart, chairs, a sun umbrella, beach towels). « Last minute booking turned into a treat. My husband and I had a private room and my daughter loved sleeping on the sleeper sofa. Unit had everything we needed. We just had to walk across the street to get to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Mr. Garcia (property owner) was great - great communication, suggested restaurants when we asked and allowed us to borrow beach chairs and an umbrella at no additional cost. « The condo was very neat and very clean and had everything we needed. It was a very comfortable place to stay. The condo was very quiet. The deck overlooks the sound and marshes. The sunsets were beautiful. The living room and dining room had beautiful views of the sound. The complex in tucked in behind a quiet neighborhood and borders the sound. We would stay here again. »
