« This is really nice home in a great location in central Gainesville. Kinda average neighborhood for this part of town, by a private street on a cul-de-sac. Property feels private as well. The pool area is small and suffers from ample seating and space space, but the pool is in decent shape and highly swimamble.Beds are comfortable and the house is well stocked with items you'd like to count on for your stay. We would stay here again. »

« House was extremely clean and well stocked. House was spacious and was just like being at home for our long stay. We brought our 2 German Shepherds who loved running around in the yard and exploring. House is very close to UF and made the back and forth to there very easy. We will definitely try and book the house again when we go up for weekends to see our Gator. »

« the house was secluded and in a nice little area near the baseball field. the beds were comfortable and was cold, which we liked. the only bad things were the lack of cleanliness in the freezer, fridge, and counters. also, the towels shedded a lot on wet bodies, but wasn’t that much of a inconvenience. overall, we’d definitely stay again when we come back »

« We love to travel. Never hotels. Always renting people’s places. Farmhouse is a highlight every year. We come at least twice in the fall for hunting trips. Most years we visit 4-5 times. Kim has always been an amazing host and the house is clean, comfortable and has everything we need. Highly recommend if you want to disconnect from the city life. »

« Perfect for visiting my gator. Very easy to walk to the stadium & campus, but due to heat I drove. Convenient location & short drive to retail areas & exploration of the Gainesville area. Easy self check-in. Charming area populated with many student rentals, but very quiet. Beautiful back garden & old oaks. Perfect for a family or even 2 or 3 couples.Great hosts. i highly recommend! »

« We LOVE this property and often think of the wonderful past times we've been here. The house is updated but feels like a cozy, inviting home. The grounds are beautifully well kept and we love being outside as well as inside. There are some of the most relaxing reclining chairs in their living room and the beds are so soft. « We loved our stay. Aaron made us feel so welcome, including giving us farm fresh eggs for our breakfast and introducing us to his family's farm animals. He even let me hand feed the baby goats - SO cute. Their property is rural, peacefully quiet, and quite beautiful.
