'My brother was in room 304 handicap room , with his wife, no place in the bathroom to plug in the hair blower. I was in 303, put awake up call for 5 am. No phone call, thank god I set my phone. Breakfast was ok, but the sausage was so burnt it was had to cut it with a knife.'

I had to wait about 5-10 minutes for someone to come check me in No one bothered to provide additional info-about the restaurant, where the elevator was or how to access snacks. 'we stayed at this location because it was new and close by. The room we got was in poor shape out of three lamps one worked and one had no bulb and the other was shorting out. When we used the roll in shower the drain was so slow it flooded the bathroom so i used all of our towels to dry it up and more. the chrome shower bars had a lot of rust on them . When i called to see if they had my reservation they could not find it but it showed up later on they were going to charge me for my support...
