"Great location ... everything downtown is within walking distance...Riverwalk, shops, awesome restaurants and rooftop bars!The efficiency was great for the two of us. Be aware that there are stairs to navigate to get up to the rental units and then again within the unit (bedroom and bathroom are on different levels within the unit) This wasn't an issue for us but might be for some renters. We would stay here again when we visit Wilmington in the future."
