The hotel is in a great location for getting into Blackpool. The tram stop is just across the road from the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The staff we came into contact with were all very friendly, professional and polite. I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay when visiting ...

The Grand Hotel Blackpool
No one there at check in, had to wait for the person to appear for more than 10 minutes. Room not very clean, stank of smoke., Very tired and due to the lack of response from reception I decided to open the window and put up with it.

Hy Lytham St Annes
Clean room staff there if needed but didnt botha us. Pool very warm allthough sauna cold

No.10 Preston
The room was immaculate and the amenities were great however as I was on the bottom floor, I could hear residents in the room above me talking and moving around which was an inconvenience as it disturbed my sleep. Due to the disturbance I didn’t have a good sleep
