« Beautiful property. Quiet and peaceful. Far enough away from town yet close enough to all amenities and activities. Very convenient. Our host Randall accommodated our every need.and provided wonderful local insight into hidden gems and attractions. We would definitely recommend this lovely studio to anyone wishing to visit this side of the Island. »

« My family including 3 small children stayed here. It was such an amazing property. The view of the waterfall was spectacular, and the kids loved playing in it. Many things to do in the area that were within a 30 minute drive. Would definitely stay again. »

« Put this review off for awhile intending to dismiss it but was reminded again so here goes. Large home in convenient location, with all the necessities. Just a few things that would be better is if screens/windows were repaired or replaced so they can be opened to allow airflow and less use of a/c. Especially in the upstairs bathroom. We couldn’t figure out where the outside stairs light was, which would have been helpful as it was quite dark when getting back at night. Felt a little sheepish...

« I was super excited to stay at this property. The pluses...the Koy pond. The fish are amazing and love to eat. Also, the sounds at night from nature. Would have been nice to have a lounger in the sun room rather than just chairs. Not many other pluses. We tried to get connected to Internet. The welcome book didn't seem to match the house. The descriptions were off. There were at least 5 remotes but none of them did anything. Only one turned off and on the TV. TV was activated through Roku....

« I feel spoiled to have stayed in this house. It’s situated on immaculate grounds, about 20 min north of Hilo. There was plenty of space for my family of 5 (kids 13, 11 and 6). We really enjoyed viewing stars, the close proximity to Akaka Falls, and the lush front yard area. House is nicely appointed, had everything we could have need and was a lovely getaway! »
